Ilia was so sweet, easy to talk to, helpful, honest, and none of that used car sales vibe. We were looking for a real person we could have a conversation with. She gave us great advice, helped us through the stressful waiting periods, met us at the house numerous times to get contractor estimates, and ultimately to purchase our first home.
