ABOUT ME

I moved to NJ and established myself in Jersey City in the year 2000, where I started my career in real estate. After a couple of years my husband and I decided to start a family and moved to the Montclair area. We first lived in Montclair then later settled in Glen Ridge, where our son goes to school.

I have moved a lot throughout my life. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico and went to college in Rochester NY. After graduation I lived outside of Philadelphia for a couple of years then moved to Atlanta. After living in Atlanta for 7 years our careers brought us up to NYC and we finally settled in New Jersey. These moves allowed me to appreciate the patience and organization that it takes to move to a new area, get to know the area, and make a smooth transition from one place to the next. These relocations were one of the factors that got me interested in real estate. I became a Realtor® after having a successful career in the creative field as a graphic designer and later on as a sales rep in the high-end printing industry. Even then I was interested in the world of real estate and what was needed to not only own a home but make it look its best to the general public. I found that the skills needed to be successful in my previous careers come into play every day; attention to detail, organization, communication, listening skills, negotiation skills, and patience.
